Dr. Sunil Khattri
Dr. Sunil Khattri is the founding Managing Partner of the law firm Dr. Sunil Khattri & Associates. He has nearly forty years of experience in the fields of Medicine and Law. He is an alumnus of Armed Forces Medical College, Poona University from where he obtained MBBS and MS in General Surgery. He obtained his LLB from Delhi University.

Dr. Khattri was the founder Secretary of Delhi Medical Council and has led several policy initiatives including the Delhi Model of Regulation which was well received by Delhi Govt. , Police Department, Courts of Law. This model was later accepted across the country.

With his extensive experience spanning both Medicine and Law, Dr. Sunil Khattri brings a rare dual-domain expertise to the field of Mediclaim and Medico-Legal Services.

Dr. Khattri is enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi and is a member of the Supreme Court Bar Association, representing clients in complex medical-legal and insurance-related matters with precision, integrity, and over four decades of professional insight.

Advocate Priyana Gupta
Priyana Gupta is an accomplished legal professional who completed her integrated BBA.LLB from Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies, affiliated with Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, in 2023. With a strong foundation in corporate law, Priyana has handled intricate matters under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC), Company Law, and Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) regulations, among other corporate legal frameworks.

Her practice encompasses a wide range of civil litigation and corporate advisory services, where she represents clients before the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi, the District Courts of Delhi, the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT), the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), and various quasi-judicial bodies and tribunals.
In addition to her practice, Priyana has authored several articles and research papers on both Indian and international legal issues, published in esteemed online legal journals. Dr. Rajiv Malhotra
A senior healthcare professional with over 40 years of experience in Health care, including nearly 24 yrs in the Armed Forces and sixteen years in the private Health care industry.
Dr. Malhotra obtained his MBBS from AFMC, Pune in 1979 and MS (ENT), Mumbai in 1991. He did his Post Graduate Diploma in Health and Hospital Management from Academy Of Hospital Administration in the year 2000.

​Internist with over 30 years of experience in internal medicine. Experience includes working as a physician at small and large hospitals, teaching at Armed Forces Medical College and at the University of Linköping, Sweden and administrative experience as personal staff to the Head of the Armed Forces Medical Services.
Headed the Department of Medicine at Hamdard Institute of Medical Sciences and Research and at a large, approximately 700 bedded teaching hospital in the Armed Forces. Currently employed as a Professor, Department of Medicine at the Hamdard Institute of Medical Sciences and Research, Delhi.

Shreya Srivastava is a dedicated legal professional and an alumna of the Campus Law Centre, University of Delhi, having completed her LL.B in 2025.With a strong academic foundation in Political science and Law, she has developed a well-rounded and nuanced understanding of both Civil ,Criminal and Constitutional jurisprudence.
Currently handling Medical Negligence and Criminal cases, Shreya has developed a diverse practice that spans across multiple legal sectors, including Criminal Defense, Matrimonial disputes, and Family law matters involving the Domestic Violence Act, Dowry Prohibition Act and Guardianship laws. Her expertise also extends to the corporate and commercial realms, where she has worked on complex issues in Arbitration and Conciliation Act, Consumer Protection Act, Real estate (RERA), and Insolvency and Bankruptcy (IBC).
Her practice encompasses a wide range of litigation and advisory services, having gained significant experience in matters before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, the High Court of Delhi, and various District Courts, as well as specialized bodies such as the NCLAT, CERC, APTEL, and the Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT).

Advocate Rishabh Bhardwaj
Rishabh Bhardwaj is a legal professional and a graduate of the Faculty of Law, University of Delhi, where he earned his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.). With a keen interest in litigation, he is currently working in the field of Medical negligence and has gained substantial exposure to both civil and criminal law through his academic pursuits and practical experience.
During his legal training, Rishabh has worked closely with established litigation chambers, including the office of the Additional Standing Counsel for the Central Government, where he developed a strong foundation in courtroom practice and legal strategy. He further honed his legal skills through a prestigious judicial internship under Hon’ble Justice Sanjay Karol at the Supreme Court of India, an experience that deepened his understanding of complex legal issues and judicial processes at the highest level.
In addition to his litigation background, Rishabh has also interned with the Competition Commission of India, broadening his exposure to regulatory and competition law. His diverse experience reflects a well-rounded legal acumen and a committed approach to the profession.

Advocate Tannu Kumari
Adv. Tannu Kumari is an alumna (Batch of 2025) of Campus Law Centre, Faculty of Law, University of Delhi. She has a keen interest in Medical Law, Surrogacy Law, and Constitutional Law.
She has previously handled debt recovery matters before various forums, including District Courts across Delhi and the Debt Recovery Tribunal. She has gained practical experience in representing clients and managing litigation in financial recovery disputes.
At present, she is primarily engaged in handling surrogacy-related matters in compliance with the provisions of the Surrogacy (Regulation) Act, 2021 and the applicable Rules. In addition, she is actively involved in matters pertaining to medical negligence before the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC) and District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commissions (DCDRC).
